By accessing furfreelaundry.com or buying our products, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to place an order.

3. Orders, pricing & availability

• All orders are subject to acceptance and stock availability.
• Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice.
• We may refuse or cancel any order, including for pricing errors, suspected fraud, or unavailable stock. If we cancel after payment, you'll get a full refund.
• Promotional discounts (e.g. multi-pack savings, “Save 40%”) apply only while displayed and can't be combined unless stated.

4. Payment

Payment is processed securely at checkout by Shopify and our payment partners. By submitting an order you confirm you're authorized to use the payment method.

6. Product use & safety

FurFree Laundry™ is designed for use inside standard washing machines with most fabrics. Follow the care card included with your order. Don't use with bleach or with delicate items that specify “no agitation”. Keep out of reach of children and pets when not in the machine.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including the FurFree Laundry™ name, logo, product designs, photography, and copy — is owned by FurFree Laundry and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reuse, copy, or republish it without written permission.

8. User conduct

You agree not to misuse the site (e.g. attempt to break security, scrape data, place fraudulent orders, or post unlawful content in reviews or messages).

9. Disclaimers

The site and products are provided “as is”. Individual results may vary depending on fabric type, hair length, and wash settings. We make no warranty that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FurFree Laundry is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or product. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid for the item in question.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

12. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
