Processing time

Orders placed before 2pm EST on a business day ship the same day. All other orders ship within 24 hours (Mon–Fri, excluding US holidays).

Shipping rates & delivery times

• US standard (over $20): Free — 3–5 business days
• US standard (under $20): $4.99 flat — 3–5 business days
• US expedited: $9.99 — 2 business days
• Canada: $7.99 — 5–10 business days
• International: Calculated at checkout — 7–21 business days

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking link by email the moment your order ships. If you don't see it within 48 hours, check your spam folder or contact us.

Customs & duties

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees charged on import. These are not included in your order total.

Lost or stuck packages

If tracking hasn't updated in 7+ business days, email support@furfreelaundry.com with your order number and we'll open an investigation or send a replacement.
