Refund Policy

Our promise

If FurFree Laundry™ doesn't deliver cleaner, hair-free laundry, return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund — no questions asked. Used or unused, we'll take it back.

How to request a refund

1. Email support@furfreelaundry.com with your order number (starts with #FFL-).
2. We'll reply within 24 hours with a prepaid US return label.
3. Drop the package at any USPS location — no printer required, the label is QR-code based.
4. Once we receive it, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll send a free replacement immediately — no need to return the original.

Exchanges

Want a different pack size instead of a refund? Just say so in your email and we'll cover the swap.

Exclusions

• Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
• Free return labels apply to US orders only. International customers are responsible for return shipping.
• Requests made after the 30-day window may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis but are not guaranteed.

Order cancellations

Need to cancel? Email us within 2 hours of ordering and we'll cancel before it ships. After dispatch, please follow the refund process above.
