FurFree Laundry™ (“we”, “us”) operates furfreelaundry.com and sells reusable pet hair catchers. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights over it.

  • Payment info: processed directly by Shopify and our payment providers (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, PayPal). We never see or store full card numbers.
  • Account/communication: any messages you send us by email or live chat.
  • Site usage: pages viewed, device type, approximate location, and referral source via standard analytics.
  • Cookies: essential cart cookies and optional analytics/marketing cookies (you can opt out below).

How we use your information

  • Process and ship your orders.
  • Send order confirmations, shipping updates, and reply to support requests.

We keep order records for 7 years to meet tax and accounting requirements. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe.
